2. Data We Collect

RetroSnap collects only the following data:

Email address (for sign-in and account management)
Remaining credit count and subscription plan (stored in our Supabase database)

We do not collect any other personal data such as name, phone number, or location.

3. Your Photos

Photos you upload to the app are sent to the Google Gemini API for enhancement. During this process:

Your photos are not stored on RetroSnap servers.
Google may temporarily retain submitted images for up to 55 days to prevent abuse. This data is not used for model training.
Processed photos are stored only on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

Supabase — authentication and credit management
Google Gemini API — photo processing
Resend — email delivery
RevenueCat — subscription management
Apple / Google — app store payments

5. How We Use Your Data

The data we collect is used only to:

Provide secure access to your account
Manage your credits and subscription status
Provide technical support

We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Security

Your data is stored encrypted on Supabase's secure infrastructure.

7. Children's Privacy

RetroSnap is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request access to your data
Request correction of your data
Request deletion of your data
Object to data processing

If you are a California resident, the CCPA grants you additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell your data). If you are an EU/EEA resident, the GDPR grants you similar rights.
