1. Parties

These terms form an agreement between Yavuz Gültekin ("RetroSnap") and the person using the app ("User").

2. Service Description

RetroSnap is a mobile app that enhances photos using artificial intelligence.

3. Account and Security

A valid email address is required to create an account.
You are responsible for the security of your account.
You may not share your account with anyone else.

4. Credits and Subscriptions

New users receive 2 free credits upon sign-up.
Each photo enhancement consumes 1 credit.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through the App Store or Google Play.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for the remaining time.

5. Acceptable Use

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

Using photos of others without permission
Processing copyrighted content you do not own
Using the app for unlawful purposes
Attempting to manipulate or abuse the system

6. Intellectual Property

The RetroSnap name, logo, and interface belong to Yavuz Gültekin and may not be used without permission.

Users represent that they hold the copyright to the photos they submit for processing.

7. Limitation of Liability

RetroSnap is not liable for indirect damages, including any results stemming from AI processing. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Service Changes

RetroSnap reserves the right to change pricing, credit allocations, or service scope with prior notice.

9. Termination

Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Eskişehir, Turkey.
